By accessing or using auraluxexport.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website. The Website is intended for business-to-business enquiries relating to stainless-steel cutlery manufacturing, export and OEM services.

All product images, descriptions, specifications, weights and finishes displayed on this Website are provided for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly due to natural variations in manufacturing, polishing and finishing processes. Colour reproduction on digital screens may differ from the physical product. Samples are available on request.

Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified and are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. All quotations are subject to final confirmation of order volume, specifications, packaging, incoterms and prevailing raw-material prices. AuraLux reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to order acceptance.

An order is confirmed only upon issuance of a signed Proforma Invoice and receipt of the agreed advance payment. AuraLux reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply and are stated in each quotation.

Standard payment terms are 30% advance by bank transfer (T/T) upon order confirmation and 70% balance prior to shipment against copy of Bill of Lading. Letters of Credit (L/C at sight) from prime banks are accepted for confirmed orders above USD 30,000. All bank charges outside India are for the buyer's account.

AuraLux ships worldwide under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP terms as agreed in the Proforma Invoice. Estimated production and shipping lead times are indicative and not guaranteed; delays caused by force majeure, port congestion, customs or third-party carriers are not the responsibility of AuraLux. Risk transfers to the buyer per the applicable Incoterms 2020 rule.

AuraLux warrants that its products are free from material manufacturing defects and are manufactured to the specifications confirmed on the Proforma Invoice. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 15 days of receipt, accompanied by photographs and batch information. The warranty does not cover misuse, mishandling in transit, corrosion caused by unsuitable cleaning agents or normal wear.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraLux's total liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected goods. AuraLux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages, including loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity.

All content on the Website — including logos, trademarks, product designs, photography, copy and layouts — is the property of AuraLux or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent. For OEM & private-label orders, buyers warrant that they own or are duly licensed to use any artwork, logos or brand names supplied to AuraLux.

Personal data submitted through the Website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data and never sell it to third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable at AuraLux's registered place of business. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts thereof.
